How do I start my first campaign?
Create an account with your email address, add your business, and review the business and buyer profiles. Set a goal, daily budget, and locations. Review your ads, check that your wallet covers the day, then launch. Follow the getting started guide.
Can I use Adwave without a website?
Yes. Choose “No website? Set up by hand” and describe your business. Your campaign still needs a destination for visitors, such as a booking page, form, or landing page. Set up your business profile.
How much does a campaign cost?
Campaign daily budgets start at $30. You pay from a prepaid wallet, and your daily budget is the media bill. Card deposits add the processing fee shown at checkout; ACH deposits have no added fee. Agency licenses and paid extra creative have separate prices. Read the billing guide.
How does starter credit work?
Direct business signups receive $60 in starter credit. Unused starter credit expires 14 days after signup if you have not made a deposit; making a deposit keeps it available. Agency workspaces do not receive starter credit. Check your wallet for the balance and expiry date.
Is ad creation included?
Business campaign ads made through the app are included, as are chat edits and landing pages. Optional extra ads, upfront full-set generation, API or MCP generation, and agency generation can draw from the wallet. Review the quote before ordering paid creative. See what is included and what is billed.
Can I review the ads before launch?
Yes. The Your ads step lets you preview and edit creative before you launch. You can also upload finished ads. Learn about previews, edits, and uploads.
Where will my ads run?
Adwave supports TV, mobile web, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other eligible channels. Your budget, audience size, creative, campaign settings, and content eligibility determine what can run. A supported channel may still be Preparing or Starting. Understand channel eligibility and status.
Do I need separate advertising accounts?
No. Adwave places your campaign through its connected advertising accounts. You manage the campaign, ads, budget, and reporting in Adwave.
What happens when I pause or change the budget?
Pausing stops future daily charges. A charge already made for today is not prorated; undelivered spend is credited through delivery reconciliation. A changed daily budget applies to the next daily charge. Manage a campaign.
What happens when my wallet runs low?
A campaign pauses when its paying wallet cannot cover the day. Add funds to resume, or enable auto-refill to top up from your saved card when your balance runs low. Auto-refill is optional. Set up auto-refill.
How do I measure leads and sales?
Install the business’s tracking snippet and configure the actions you want to count. Give conversions a value to report revenue and return on spend. Last-touch credit, assisted conversions, and Lift experiments answer different questions. Set up tracking and read the measurement guide.
Does Adwave guarantee sales or a return on spend?
No. Results depend on your offer, audience, budget, creative, and website. Forecasts are estimates. Use actual campaign results to decide what to change, and use a Lift experiment when you need to measure incremental impact.
Can I manage clients under my agency’s brand?
Yes. Agency workspaces support client workspaces, a branded domain, and Managed or Self-serve billing. The agency API requires Scale. Read the agency setup guide.
Can I run Adwave from an AI assistant or my own software?
Yes. Use the REST API for your software or the MCP server for a compatible AI assistant. Keys belong to a workspace. Treat the key as a secret and review actions that create paid ads, launch campaigns, or change budgets.
Where do I get help with account access?
Sign in with the email address you used for Adwave or the address that received your workspace invite. If a code does not arrive or you cannot find a business, follow the account access checks.
