Create an account

Adwave is passwordless. Go to the sign-in page, enter your email, and we send a one-time code. The same step creates your account on first use. You can turn on two-factor authentication later in Settings.

Every account starts with an Individual workspace. Businesses, campaigns, the wallet, and API keys belong to the workspace you have open. Switch workspaces from the sidebar and invite teammates from Settings.

Agencies create their own workspace from /start-agency or, once signed in, Settings → Workspaces. Agency clients do not sign up on a branded host: the agency creates the client workspace and sends an invite. See Agencies.

Add your business

With a website: paste the URL at /start, or on Home once you are signed in, and press Analyze site. Adwave reads the site, writes a business profile (what you sell, your tone, your value propositions), and proposes buyer profiles (personas): the customers your ads should speak to, each with an Ad style and a Who ads reach plan. Analysis takes a few minutes; the business shows as ready when the profile and buyer profiles are in place.

No website: choose No website? Set up by hand under the URL box. Enter the business name, a category, and what the business does; tone, who it serves, brand colors, and a website are optional. Adwave builds the profile and buyer profiles from what you typed. When you set up a campaign, add where ads should send people (a booking page, a form, a phone-first landing page), because there is no website to point to.

Set up your first campaign

Open the business and choose New campaign. Setup has four steps. Reopen any completed step from the step list.

  1. Goal & budget: Name the campaign, pick one objective, and set a daily budget (at least $30) and dates. The daily budget is the most a day can cost.
  2. Your plan: Choose which buyer profiles to run and where the ads run: the whole US, states, a radius around your locations, zips, cities, or DMAs. Each buyer profile brings its own Reach plan into the campaign.
  3. Your ads: Preview the campaign ads we built. For businesses they are included with the campaign; refine any of them in chat before you go live.
  4. Launch: Review everything on one page and press Launch. If the wallet cannot cover the first day yet, this step shows Add funds instead.

Campaign ads for businesses are included with the campaign, so you see what we built before any media spend. Details for every step are in Campaigns and Creating ads.

Fund the wallet

Campaigns charge their daily budget from a prepaid wallet, once per active day. Direct business signups start with $60 of starter credit, enough to run the first day at the minimum budget. Unused starter credit expires 14 days after signup if you have not deposited by then; once you deposit, it stays.

Launch needs a wallet that covers one day of your daily budget. When it does not, the Launch step shows Add funds: top up from $30 to $50,000 by card, then return to launch. You can also arm Launch when ready so the campaign starts when the wallet covers the day. Turn on auto-refill, or keep about 10 days of daily budget prepaid, so live campaigns do not pause unexpectedly. See Wallet & billing.

Joining a team

If a teammate invites you, open the link in the email, sign in with the invited address, and accept. You land in their workspace and keep your Individual workspace for work outside that team. Decline the invite anytime and continue in your Individual workspace from Home.

What's next

  • Set up tracking so one script tag ties conversions and revenue back to campaigns. Results are measured on your site, not on platform dashboards.
  • What we stand behind explains how Autopilot tunes a live campaign and logs every change.
  • Connect an agent with the MCP server or script the same operations on the REST API.
