Do new accounts get starter credit?

New Adwave accounts start with an empty wallet. Here is how starter credit from an earlier grant works and when it expires.

Do new accounts get starter credit?

No. New accounts no longer receive starter credit. Your wallet starts empty, and you add funds before your first launch.

Ads made for your business campaigns are still included with the campaign. You review your ads before you pay for anything.

What happens to starter credit I already have?

If your wallet still shows starter credit from an earlier grant, it works like the rest of your balance. You can spend it on campaign days and on ad creation.

  • Unless you have added funds, it expires on the date shown in your wallet.
  • Once you add funds, the remaining starter credit stays available.
  • It has no cash value. It can't be withdrawn or moved to another workspace.
  • It is removed if you close your workspace.

Do agency workspaces get starter credit?

No. Agency workspaces fund the agency wallet and pay published prices for ad creation. See Agencies.

How do I fund my first campaign?

Launch needs enough in your wallet to cover one day of your daily budget. Daily budgets start at $30. If your wallet is short, the launch step shows Add funds. You can add from $30 to $50,000 by card, then return to launch. See Wallet & billing.
