Waverunner for Agencies: Client Campaigns Under Your Brand

Waverunner

Agencies and businesses both run Waverunner. Agencies get a parent org, a workspace per client, and their own brand on the sign-in clients see.

Agencies and businesses both use Waverunner

Businesses paste a website and run their own campaigns. Agencies run the same stack for clients: buyer profiles and ads from each client’s site, media from one daily budget, measurement on the advertiser’s site.

The agency path is not a referral link. You operate client workspaces under your brand. Affiliates who want commission on referred spend use the Partner program instead.

What a client workspace includes

Each client is its own organization: businesses, campaigns, ads, tracking, and reporting stay in that workspace. Operators switch clients from the agency console. Client data is not pooled across accounts.

You choose whether the client signs in. Managed means you run everything and they never see the product. Self-serve means you invite them to view or steer only their workspace.

How billing works for agencies

You invoice clients however you already bill. Media is pass-through at cost from one agency wallet. Adwave bills a license plus published unit prices for ad creation. Licenses are $499, $1,999, and $4,999 a month. Businesses who run their own ads still prepay their own wallet from the pricing page.

What clients see when they sign in

Your product name, colors, and logo. We give you a Waverunner subdomain on day one. Growth and Scale can add a host such as ads.harbor.example. The console shows the CNAME to add. Invites use your host once it is active.

Clients do not sign up on that domain. You create the workspace and send the invite.

Common questions

Is this the same as the Partner program? No. The Partner program pays commission when you refer advertisers. Agency white-label is for shops that run campaigns for clients under their own brand.

Do clients need their own Waverunner account? Only if you invite them. Managed clients never sign in. Invited clients sign in on your branded host and only see their workspace.

Can I still run ads for my own shop? Yes. Add a business under your agency org, or use a separate Individual workspace. The homepage URL form is the business path.
